1. Digital Delivery Method

  • Soul Blueprint PDF: Your personalized "Full Soul Blueprint" report will be delivered as a high-quality digital PDF file to the email address provided during checkout.

  • Recorded Readings: If your Tarot session includes a recorded video or audio summary, a secure download link will be sent to your email.

2. Turnaround Time

  • Processing Time: Each Soul Blueprint is custom-crafted based on your unique cosmic code. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the deep analysis and preparation of your report.

  • Tarot Readings: For pre-recorded readings, you will receive your video within 48 to 72 hours of your scheduled slot.

3. Appointment-Based Services

  • Live Sessions: If you have booked a live Tarot reading, no physical shipping is required. You will receive a calendar invite and a meeting link (Zoom/Google Meet) immediately after your booking is confirmed.

  • Time Zone: Please ensure you have selected the correct time zone during booking to avoid missed sessions.

4. No Shipping Fees

  • Since all our current services are 100% digital, there are no shipping or handling fees applied to your order.

5. Technical Issues & Access

  • If you do not receive your digital report within the specified timeframe, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.

6. Physical Products (If Applicable)
